Conditions of Hire

Please refer to the front and rear of your Hire Contract for all terms and conditions.
Prices are normally for one day's usage only, except where stated. However, we don't charge on a 'time out' basis, so in most cases Friday through Monday is just charged as "one hire usage." (Usually Saturday night usage)
CARTAGE and EXTRA LABOUR to carry goods on site or up stairs or in lifts is not included in Hire Charges. This can be easily arranged at a nominal extra fee.
ALL goods must be returned clean and undamaged or extra charges may be levied.
The cost of any cleaning/breakages/missing items may be taken out of the security bond.
A SECURITY BOND is required for all fragile goods picked up from store or on delivered items where applicable.
Security BOND'S paid in cash will be refunded by cash. If paid by cheque, clearance is required before a refund is given. If paid by card, it will only be refunded to the same card.
LONG TERM or EXTENDED RENTAL RATES are available on application .

GST IS INCLUDED in all hire, delivery and labour charges.
If any DAMAGE WAIVER is charged, it does not include items that have been inadequately secured or have been wrongfully converted (nicked!) Please refer to the HIRE CONTRACT for the full terms and conditions.
Please note that our quotation is not a guarantee to supply. Items are subject to replacement with the closest item. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to third party goods due to breakdown of refreigeration or food warming equipment or any hired items. COLD ROOMS must not be towed laden or driven off-road.
If you find a SHORTAGE of supply (especially glasses/cutlery) we must be advised BEFORE your event, as we will not consider claims for short delivery, after your event. We have a 24 hour answering machine and an emergency call out number. Please be advised there will be a fee levied for any non-emergency call out after hours.
